The Joseph & Janet Martin Fund was established in 2014. Joseph E. Martin, Jr. was a 2nd generation owner of Middlesex Gases & Technologies, Inc. of Everett, and was a Wakefield resident from 1955 to 1993. His wife, Janet, a long-time Wakefield resident, 1955 to 2017, was a long time member, and volunteer, of First Parish Congregational Church of Wakefield. Devoted to her family, Janet enjoyed many years with them, in Wakefield, and at her summer home in Rockport. The fund was established by the third generation children to honor their parents.
