Gloria C. Crotty Fund

Ms. Crotty established this fund just prior to her retirement from the Wakefield School Department on June 30, 1994. She had been in education for 42 years, the last 31 in Wakefield. Initially, at the Montrose School where she taught third grade and most recently at the Galvin Middle School where she taught Special Education. Ms. Crotty has indicated that she would like her fund to assist a student pursuing a career in Special Education.
