Francis H. & Catherine E. Horne Fund

Mrs. Horne’s family established this fund at the time of her death in January 1992. A homemaker, Mrs. Horne was the mother of six daughters and two sons. Her husband Francis H. Horne died in December of 2002. He was born in Boston and graduated from Everett High School. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. Mr. & Mrs. Horne were active members of St. Florence Church and the Holy Name Society. He retired in 1979 from the B&M Railroad as a tower operator. At the time of Mr. Horne’s death, his eight children, 21 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren survived him.
