David Rosewell was born on May 14, 1944 and died on October 3, 2002. He was the son of Barbara L. Rosewell and the late Robert G. Rosewell. He graduated from Wakefield High School in 1962 where he was a member of the Honor Society. He went to the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1966 where he was on the Dean’s List. He graduated from there in 1966 with a BS in Science. He obtained additional training in Nuclear Medicine at Salem Hospital. He worked at Lahey Clinic as Chief of Nuclear Medicine for 15 years. For the next 10 years, he worked at Boston Medical Center as Head Laboratory Technician. David was a Royal Arch Mason; he was Past Master of Thomas Talbot Lodge AF & AM in Billerica. He was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church of Lowell. This fund has a preference for students planning careers in the medical field.
