Wakefield – Reading Y Service Club Fund

This fund was originally called the Wakefield Y’s Men’s Club. The Y’s Men Club was a volunteer service club dedicated to supporting the Wakefield YMCA and its programs. The Club raises money to provide scholarship aid for those unable to afford YMCA memberships, YMCA programs or attend YMCA Camps. They also provided financial assistance to purchase supplies and equipment for the YMCA. This fund has a preference for someone studying social work.
