This fund was established at the time of Chuck’s death from leukemia after an 18-month battle. He was a member of WHS Class of 1982, where he was a star tailback and co-captain of the football team. He earned All-Middlesex League and MVP honors during his senior year. At the time of his death, he was a senior at Wentworth Institute of Technology.
