This fund was established in June 1996. In 1981 a student branch of The Savings Bank was opened in the WHS building on Farm Street. This student-operated branch was the first of its kind in the country. Now a successful tradition, the student officers of the branch initiated this fund. Preference will be given to eligible students who participated in this branch program, either as officers of the branch or as depositors.
