Rev. Monsignor James T. Cotter Fund

This fund was established through the late attorney Bill Skulley’s office. The Reverend Monsignor and Attorneys Bill Lee and Bill Skully were old, dear friends. Monsignor Cotter was a dearly beloved Wakefield native, having grown up on Otis Street. His family and old friends fondly referred to him as “Father James”. The fund has a preference for a student who is a member of St. Florence’s Parish.
