J. Roger Seabury, Jr. Fund

J. Roger Seabury Jr. was born on February 6, 1955 and died on May 1, 2005 following a brief illness. He was a lifelong resident of Wakefield and wanted to bring his four children up in the same community where he grew up. Roger had many friends, both old and new, many made through his children’s activities. He was a kind, caring and generous man. He worked for many years at the Bear Hill Golf Club in Stoneham and at Meadow Brook Golf Course in Reading. At the time of his death, he co-owned, along with his brother Bob, the Warren Tavern and Tavern on the Water, both located in Charlestown. He was a wonderful family man and friend, loved by all that knew him.
