Jean E. Hall, the daughter of Robert Hall established this fund, after Mr. Hall’s death in March 2000. At that time, Jean Hall was the president of The Scholarship Foundation of Wakefield. Mr. Hall was a decorated War Veteran, who received the Distinguished Flying Cross and other medals for his valor during WWII. He was a retired draftsman for Hall Sheetmetal of Wakefield. He was active as a past president of the Quannapowitt Rod and Gun Club.
