Frederick and Eileen McCall Hannon Fund

Frederick Hannon, who died in the early 1990’s, worked at the “Never Oil Bearing Co.” of Wakefield for many years. He was a lifetime member of the Wakefield Elks, and was later employed there. Eileen McCall Hannon, who died more recently, was the daughter of the former fire chief of Stoneham. She worked at “The Patch Company” of Stoneham for many years and also in the Stoneham School Department as a secretary to the Superintendent of Schools. Her hobby was ceramics. Their estate established this fund. Local resident Colonel Albert Hannon, who died in 1996, was Frederick’s twin brother.
