Mrs. Remick taught school in Wakefield for 30 years, having a private preschool in her home for 10 years , then teaching primary grades at the Greenwood, Montrose and West Ward schools. She was a graduate of Wheelock College and Tufts University. She was active in the Arts & Crafts Society and the Unitarian Universalist Church.
