Lt. Thomas R. Campbell Fund

This fund was established anonymously by a citizen of Wakefield who was impressed by the kind and variety of Lt. Campbell’s contributions to the town during his tenure with the local police department. Upon Lt. Campbell’s retirement, when his many services to the town were publicly recognized, this citizen felt that a scholarship was a fitting tribute to a generous person. The fund has a preference for the child of a current Elks member.
