William C. Skulley, Jr. Scholarship Fund

This fund was established by vote of the TSF Board of Directors in honor of Bill Skulley, shortly after he was added to the National Honor Roll of Dollars for Scholars in St. Peter, MN. Long involved with TSF of Wakefield, Bill served as President and was an Honorary Director. He was instrumental in many of the bequests the Scholarship Foundation has received over the years. Bill Skulley died in January 1998 at age fifty-five after a courageous battle with cancer. Over the years, all four of his children had served as TSF Student Directors, and at the time of his death, his son Sean was serving as president of the TSF Student Directors.
